What you will do:
  • Apply your expertise in the assessment, treatment, and management of complex neurological conditions, including Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients, providing dedicated daily input alongside physiotherapists, other occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants.
  • Coordinate care and discharge planning for 1-2 patients through effective link-working, involving liaising with family members and chairing meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in SystmOne for each patient, and share relevant information with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure your work adheres to the highest standards required, being HCPC registered.
