With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust, which enables us to provide highly personalised support and an outstanding care experience.Job DescriptionWe are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our outstanding team in Wirral as a Care Professional.As a Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide a range of care services to older adults living in their own home including a mix of:
  • Companionship
  • Light household duties
  • Shopping and errands
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Administering medication
  • Personal care assistance
Whilst we aim to make our working patterns as flexible as possible, some weekend working is required to support your clients' needs.In return you will receive:

QualificationsParticular qualifications are not required to become a Care Professional as you will receive full training. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
