Evening Production Supervisor/Team LeaderLocation: Chippenham Hours: Part Time – 32 hours per week (4pm to 1am) + Overtime Rate: £13.50 per hourAre you a natural leader with production experience and a knack for motivating teams? We're seeking a proactive and reliable Evening Production Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow during our evening shift.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supervising and coordinating a dedicated team of production workers
  • Monitoring production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets
  • Managing inventory and ensuring materials are available when needed
  • Implementing and maintaining schedules and procedures for optimum performance
  • Supporting team development through training, motivation, and performance feedback
  • Collaborating with other shifts and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and company policies

  • Strong people management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
