- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required
- Arranging meetings with field staff and the client & ensuring all documents are prepared
- Data entry for the accounts payable invoices
- Setting up new projects and client details onto in house database.
- Able to work as part of a team
- Helpful, with a customer focussed approach
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Self motivated and able to organise own workload
- Able to build credibility with peeps and senior managers
- Good IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good basic mathematical and literacy knowledge
- The ability to work using your initiative and common sense
