- Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of pre-sales consultants across Northern Europe.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability to ensure team effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the pre-sales team in NE but also across the other regions (North America and Southern Europe)
- Coach, train, and support team members in both technical and consultative skills.
- Define and execute the regional pre-sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to position solutions effectively in the market.
- Drive consistency and excellence in solution positioning, proposals, and client engagements.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance frameworks, and external regulations.
- Enroll the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific domain, bringing thought leadership, best practices, and deep expertise to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating deep product, solution, and industry expertise.
- Lead gap and fitment analysis of RFPs/RFIs received from the sales team.
- Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and steer high-level discussions on bid-related issues.
- Oversee the development of customized proposals, demos, workshops, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to shape go-to-market strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across teams and regions.
- Manage the infrastructure, tools, and resources required for effective pre-sales operations.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for pre-sales activities.
- Experience in Customer Facing role, ideally Solution consulting/Pre-Sales roles in a Fintech SaaS company.
- Experience in Corporate Finance (Operational or through Project delivery), ideally Order To Cash or Accounts Receivables.
- Sales and ROI oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills to find quick solutions in complex environments.
- Ability to present concepts, ideas and technical elements in a concise, clean and easy way.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Experience in audit and consulting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very Good MS Office and Excel Skills are mandatory.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or Engineering)
