- Site & Setting Out: Carry out accurate setting out using surveying instruments and technical drawings.
- Project & Design Management: Interpret plans, raise RFIs, and help resolve design issues.
- Commercial Awareness: Support project efficiency by understanding contracts, costs, and materials.
- Quality & Safety: Apply quality procedures, conduct inspections, and promote safe working practices.
- Team Leadership: Oversee junior engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure performance.
- HNC or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience delivering setting out and engineering processes.
- Proficient in CAD software, ideally with EDM single-person working kit experience.
- Strong surveying and setting out skills, with the ability to mentor others.
- Experience managing and developing Graduate and Apprentice Engineers.
