You'll lead a dedicated team and shape an inclusive, forward-thinking learning environment that helps every pupil flourish - academically, socially, and emotionally.You'll be central in driving our strategic vision, fostering resilience, creativity, and confidence in pupils aged 6-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and complex learning profiles.About YouYou are a compassionate leader with a strong moral purpose and a drive for transformational outcomes. You:

Bring experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head in a specialist SEMH setting.
Are skilled in leading Ofsted inspections and improvement planning.
Have a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
Understand the importance of therapeutic education and inclusive practice.
Are adept at managing budgets and ensuring operational excellence.
Hold a relevant teaching qualification.

Welcome Bonus of £5,000 is payable as one payment of £2,500 after completion of month one (1) and one further payment of £2,500 upon completion of your final probation period - month six (6) or later.
