Known for its friendly, supportive culture and deep sector expertise, the firm offers a fantastic platform for ambitious lawyers ready to take on high-quality, diverse work.You'll join a dynamic national team that handles a broad range of real estate matters with a focus on residential-led and strategic land development. The team also advises on commercial and regeneration projects, investment and asset management portfolios, and niche areas including natural capital and agricultural property.What the firm are looking for:
- 1-4 years' PQE with experience in residential or commercial development, or general real estate transactions
- A proactive, pragmatic approach and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
- A genuine enthusiasm for the real estate sector and its evolving legal landscape
