- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure repairs are completed promptly and accurately to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards to deliver top-tier repair services that meet BSI PAS 10125 standards.
- Provide support during team absences, such as holidays, by performing necessary repairs to maintain workflow.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Lead and inspire a team of Technicians to optimize workflow and productivity, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Deep understanding of the repair industry, vehicle legislation, and trade practices, with a preference for experience in accident repair.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including EPA provisions and Risk Assessments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment, delivering compliant, high-quality work.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective team collaboration.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
