- Provide outstanding support to UK product owners, acting as a critical point of contact and resolution.
- Build strong rapport with clients and retail teams, ensuring queries are understood and resolved effectively.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications via telephone, chat, social media, and email.
- Be a knowledgeable expert on the company’s brand and products to deliver seamless solutions.
- Identify and resolve complaints during initial contact, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, retail networks, and third parties to drive continuous improvement and modern luxury service delivery.
- A client-first mindset, with a passion for delivering personalised, seamless, and dependable client experiences.
- Experience of exceptional client experience delivery from retail, hotelier, travel, entertainment or other relevant sectors, or client experience team members from other automotive brands.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
