  • The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for conducting their own caseload of property disputes and looking for a new challenge in their career.
  • You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
  • Suitable Property Litigation Lawyers will possess the ability to assist with business development activities
  • You will show experience of developing relationships within the local market to further build and develop the profile of the team.
  • The real estate disputes team cover the broad remit of matters including boundary disputes, rights of way disputes, neighbour disputes, easements and freehold title disputes
  • The firm are considering candidates at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
