Great opportunity to join a fast moving and forward thinking organisation who are seeking a Management Accountant to cover all traditional month end duties, as well as analytical commentary.

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
Oversee cash flow management and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes and cost control.
Assist in year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the retail industry.

Qualified by experience or Newly Qualified.
Proven experience in management accounting, our client is flexible on the sector background.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
