You will join a team where you will work together providing support which is adapted and approached in a person centred way. As a Support Worker you will play a key part in providing opportunities and supporting individual goals and needs. This is a rewarding role supporting people reach their full potential and lead full happy lives.Who You'll Support:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to join our team, supporting four young ladies who have complex support needs live in our bungalows service. These ladies require assistance with day-to-day living and enjoy being active members of both the local and wider community. As they have a busy and engaging lifestyle, a full driving licence is essential to help them get out and about each day. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to meet their individual needs.
