We would welcome applications from motivated and enthusiastic people who share our vision for children to grow up happy, healthy, safe in their homes and communities with people who love them.Your RoleAs a Senior Child Care Officer for Children’s Homes you will work as part of a wider Leadership Team, working on your own initiative in ensuring our Children’s Homes are providing the best outcomes for our children ensuring they receive stability, care and love. You will hold responsibility to ensure all Statutory and Regulatory requirements are met in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations.You will be part of a valued team within our Children’s Homes, where practice is highly valued and supported by skilled, knowledgeable and caring leaders and managers. You will be joining a service that is built on pride and passion, which has high aspirations for our children in care and who are committed to empowering them to thrive and be the best they can be.This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. Competitive salary of up to £33,366 FTE with an additional shift allowance taking full time colleagues to £35,235 FTE.
