Start Date: September 2025We are looking for a motivated and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to work in a local primary school in Bognor Regis (PO21) from September.About the role:
The successful candidate will work with teachers and other staff to help pupils succeed. Main duties include:Assisting with learning activities in class and during small group workSupporting children who may need extra help to access the curriculumHelping with reading, writing, maths, and topic workAssisting in the preparation of resources and keeping the classroom organisedEncouraging pupils’ confidence and positive behaviourHelping children to develop social skills and build friendshipsWhat we’re looking for:Experience working with children, either in a school or similar settingA patient and supportive approach to working with young learnersGood organisational skills and the ability to follow instructionsAn Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)If you enjoy working with children and want to contribute to their learning journey, this could be the role for you.
