This exciting new Restaurant in Central London is looking for a food focussed Junior Sous Chef, to join the group and support their team, along with the super talented Head and Exec Chef.The Restaurant itself is making a name for itself in the food scene of the West End, with a focus on incredible seasonal British produce using globally inspired flavours and techniques.You must have experience in rosette standard restaurants, as everything on the menu is made in house. A passion for British produce and sustainability is a bonus!The Role:
  • Based in the West End
  • Hourly pay - £17.50, working out to up to £44k per annum
  • Very hands on approach in all aspects of the business, especially the menu
  • 100 cover restaurant
  • 48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of the menu
  • Lead the kitchen day to day, overseeing service and MEP
  • Develop and retain talent
  • Promote the company's mission and values
  • Manage sections and services
  • Oversee due diligence
  • Overseeing all daily operations of the kitchen
