Due to this, we have an expansion Machine Toolmaker role available, working afternoons. We have a flexible attitude to your working pattern (can condense to 4 days) as long as you can start between 12.30-14.30 each day.In this role you will be:Producing high accuracy components and sub-assemblies using 3 & 5 axis CNC machining centres.Reading engineering drawings, some programming and on job inspection.CNC programming and operation of 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centres.NC Lathe programming and operation.Conventional manual machining – surface grinding, milling, turning.Sub assembly and bench fitting of precision tools.RequirementsTo apply, you need to be commutable to Shepshed and have a minimum of three years’ milling experience, which must be demonstrable on your CV.
