
Partner Support Specialist

- Handling sales orders/ returns for our UK and European customers online and via email.
- Assisting our customers with order/delivery discrepancies conducting a full investigation to a satisfactory resolution.
- Payment processing, account reconciliation, sending regular statements and relaying information on account balances. Chasing overdue accounts.
- Other duties include new partner account processing.
- Special projects as assigned by manager
- Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment.
- Ability to understand how to use multiple internet-based systems/platforms.
- Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills.
- Previous internal sales or customer service experience working in an electronics or consumer goods environment
- Experience working within ERP systems, i.e., SAP, Salesforce.
- Experience of export processes including application for CoO and supporting documentation.
- Multi language speaker would be advantageous but not essential
