- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven consolidation and statutory accounts experience, United States GAAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with the desire to develop and improve systems and processes.
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Supporting the group's expansion into the United States regulated markets through maintenance, control and governance of processes.
- Preparing consolidated statutory accounts under United States GAAP.
- Assessing the impact of new regulatory requirements on reporting.
- Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to assess and fulfil reporting requirements.
