We celebrate people for their personal qualities, skills and contributions, recognising the power our brands have to influence and shape culture.The RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Writer to join on a 6 month FTC.You’ll bring excellent writing skills, a solid grasp of SEO and a genuine passion for Glamour and the subjects we explore.What will you be doing?Write SEO-optimised content to support organic search visibility and traffic growth.Produce timely, data-informed stories based on platform recommendations and audience insights.Support audience development strategies aligned with editorial objectives.Contribute to a balanced content workflow by handling routine and SEO-driven content.Play a key role in future-proofing the brand’s digital strategy as algorithms and traffic sources evolve.Contribute to Glamour’s original storytelling, reportage features and long reads and be brimming with brilliant feature ideas.Contribute to social video content where required.About youGenuine interest in and passion for Glamour and the topics it coversStrong writing and interviewing skills, with a keen eye for detailUnderstanding of SEO and how to optimise content for searchFamiliarity with CMS and digital publishing toolsKnowledge of analytics and audience development strategiesOrganised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced editorial environmentConfident communicator and collaborative team playerComfortable in front of the camera and producing social video contentPrevious journalistic experience and/ or relevant degreeDoes this sound like you?Please upload your CV and portfolio, which highlights why you'd love to take on this role and why you're a great match for what we're looking for.We value the time and effort behind every application.
