About the firmA leading and innovative law firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their impressive Altrincham offices.Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting NQ opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked, employee-owned law firm whose team is currently experiencing expansion and growth due to an increase in work.About the roleAs a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion on matters such as:
  • Contract disputes
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Sales of goods and supply of services disputes
  • Partnership Disputes
  • IP Disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • IT Contract disputes
  • Franchise disputes
  • Defamation
  • Insolvency litigation
  • Banking claims
