We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused professional to help us drive service excellence, process improvements, and real impact.Responsibilities:
- Lead chargeable project activity and complex investigations into errors or omissions
- Carry out in-depth data reviews, rectification projects, and root cause analysis
- Manage change requests, support system testing, and implement process improvements
- Liaise with clients, produce clear reporting, and be a technical point of reference
- Support junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring (no direct people management)
- Proven experience with DB and/or DC pension schemes
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical pensions knowledge
- A collaborative, detail-driven mindset with a passion for improvement
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Confidence using Excel and working with data
- Clear communication skills and a client-focused attitude
