- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Sales Executives
- Drive performance against key metrics including conversion rates, finance penetration and customer satisfaction
- Manage vehicle stock levels and showroom standards in line with brand expectations
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners and ensure full compliance with their standards
- Support business development through effective lead management, prospecting and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the aftersales and finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience
- Proven experience in a Group/Sales Manager role at a franchised dealership
- Strong understanding of modern automotive retail processes and digital lead handling
- Exceptional leadership, communication and people management skills
- A focus on performance, accountability and team development
- A full UK driving licence
