- Stay updated on TikTok Shop developments and best practices.
- Provide strategic insights to leverage TikTok’s ecosystem for client success.
- Understand each client’s business, industry, and objectives.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within client accounts.
- Adapt strategies to align with client goals and market conditions.
- Oversee multiple client relationships.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve them independently.
- Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage client concerns.
- Lead the development and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns for own clients and team clients.
- Ensure campaign strategies meet client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate strategic brainstorming sessions with the team.
- Analyse campaign performance and offer actionable insights for optimisation.
- Be accountable for client GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets, supported by AMs and AEs.
- Schedule and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, or ensure team members do so.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients and Somerce management.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
