Salary: Up to £110,000Our client, a leading UK technology provider, is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and ongoing development of their platform. This is a player-manager role, combining hands-on technical delivery with leadership of a small internal team.You’ll shape the ServiceNow roadmap, ensure best-practice implementation across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated, customer-focused solutions.Key Responsibilities:Define platform architecture and strategy aligned to business goalsLead design, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow modulesOversee governance, technical standards, and upgrade strategyManage and mentor a small team of developers and administratorsAct as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For:Strong expertise in ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, plus knowledge of other modulesCertified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM)Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsMSP or IT Services background preferredBenefits:Hybrid workingFunded ServiceNow certificationsPrivate healthcare and dental careGenerous holiday allowanceContributory pensionAnnual trip to ServiceNow Knowledge ConferencePlease note: Sponsorship is not available for this role, and you must be UK-based to apply.
