Join us as a Restart Business Manager where you will manage a team of Employment Advisors, Employment Skills Trainers, and Local Recruitment Consultants in the provision of services to support jobseekers into employment. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, covering West Wales Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Neath Port Talbot.What are we looking for?We're searching for an outstanding People Manager who can boost team performance, productivity, and wellbeing. The Business Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the team operates smoothly and effectively, acting as a central point of connection between all key roles involved in guiding customers toward sustained employment. You will need to demonstrate;
  • The ability to achieve targets and drive performance.
  • Previous experience in People Management (supporting & coaching)
  • The ability to problem solve and overcome barriers.
  • Show “Customer First” values and drive them amongst your teams.
Previous experience of supporting people with a range of barriers into work is desirable but not essential.
