Create compelling content for all channels including social media, email newsletters, and the website. Able to build positive relationships with international students studying in the UK, global alumni, internal staff, and other stakeholders. Where appropriate, creates and commissions relevant, high-quality photo and video content. Ensures our brand and reputation are preserved and improved across all channels by following our brand guidelines, and monitoring and responding appropriately to social media comments. Utilise social media and website analytics to track performance and optimise reach and engagement. Relationship & stakeholder management Collaborate with the wider communications team to maintain a regular flow of relevant and engaging material. Proactively develops relationships with colleagues to enhance own knowledge and expertise. Provides advice, support and challenge on communications and marketing to internal stakeholders, with support from the Digital Communications Manager or Senior Communications Manager where necessary. An ability to find and tell stories, exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, and experience creating compelling videos for a variety of channels and audiences. Understanding of Canva. Ability to successfully manage various simultaneous initiatives and project timelines. Further Information Pay Band - 7 Salary: Starting from £30,839 plus £3,300 London Market Allowance for those based from the London area.
