- Ensure that the rights and choices of individuals are actively promoted and supported, and their beliefs and preferences are appropriately acknowledged.
- Comply with national and local policy, procedures, guidelines and legislation.
- Complete local and corporate induction and attend mandatory and priority training sessions.
- Promote choice in the delivery of care and support, reviewing and suggesting enhancements to improve individuals' experiences. Enable concerns and complaints to be raised freely by the individual and/or their representatives.About you:- Must have an S/NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Numerate and literate.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Good communication skills, capable of effectively liaising within a team setting.
- At least two years of relevant care work experience is required.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and supervision.
- Audit awareness.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring is a plus, along with applicable qualifications.
