- Contribute to commercial goals by identifying and developing new business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver tailored solutions using consultative sales techniques including active listening, effective questioning, and persuasive communication.
- Prepare clear and client-focused sales proposals that reflect identified needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organisations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports to inform strategy.
- Develop and communicate action plans based on analysis of client portfolios and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate efforts to support client success
- Experience in Real Estate and related sectors is required.
- Experience in the tradeshow industry, as well as French knowledge, would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- Confident in handling data and reporting figures with accuracy.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
- Experience in events or client-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
- Willing to travel up to 30% of the time, primarily within the UK and France
