Contract: Full-time, Long-TermWe’re looking for a Trainee ASC Support Worker to join a specialist education setting in Northumberland, supporting young people who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs. You don’t need experience to start this role—just the right attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn. You’ll receive on-the-job guidance from experienced staff, alongside free training and CPD from Protocol Education, so you can build skills and confidence while you work.This isn’t just about classroom support—it’s about building trust, understanding, and giving every child the chance to thrive in their own way.
