Are you a passionate Early Years or KS1 Primary Teacher who thrives on variety and enjoys bringing learning to life?We’re looking for enthusiastic teachers to join our supply pool and support a number of welcoming primary schools across Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’d like the flexibility of supply work, while still making a big difference in the classroom.Whether you’re looking for occasional days around your other commitments, or something a little more regular, we can offer you daily, short-term and long-term supply work to suit your lifestyle.What You’ll Be DoingDelivering engaging and creative lessons in Early Years and KS1.Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.Supporting pupils’ learning and development while keeping things fun!Maintaining good classroom behaviour and following school policies.What We’re Looking For✅ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
✅ Recent teaching experience in EYFS or KS1.
✅ Strong classroom management skills.
✅ A flexible, positive and proactive approach.
