We are looking for hands-on, motivated IT Configuration Engineers to join our busy client in Hatfield. This is a physical, team-focused role ideal for individuals with a passion for IT hardware, attention to detail, and the drive to meet customer expectations.Working within the configuration department, you’ll be applying software images to a wide range of devices using detailed, pre-defined build scripts.Shift Pattern: Varying shifts between 7:00am – Midnight
Typical shift times include:

7:00am – 3:00pm
8:00am – 4:00pm
4:00pm – Midnight

(Occasional 12-hour shifts and weekend overtime may be required)Key Responsibilities:

Follow detailed build scripts to configure customer hardware
Apply operating system images and software packages to devices
Log and report any build issues (incident management)
Meet specific build targets for customer orders
Unpack and repack devices as part of the configuration process
Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Work collaboratively with your team to hit daily output goals
