We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Stores Administrator to ensure all stores admin, including but not limited to picking lists, parts labels and drawings, booking transport and liaising with transport contractors is completed in a timely and accurate mannerKey Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and completing kitting procedures in good time to not delay production.
  • Inputting and reading data from the Factory Master database.
  • Complete inputting of picking data and material request forms onto Factory Master.
  • Booking transport for finished product and ensuring all import/export paperwork is completed.
  • Any other admin tasks as assigned.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • PC literate including Microsoft Office
  • Previous stores and administration experience
  • Knowledge of picking/packing admin for a production environment
  • Ability to work both accurately and quickly, whilst working within clearly defined processes
  • Hard-working with the ability to stay focused.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks over long periods of time.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Good communication skills
