We're looking for passionate and motivated individuals, who provide 5-star customer service to every customer who walks in. Enthusiasm for showcasing our wonderful products is key, as you will be getting hands on by demonstrating them and creating memorable moments for customers. You will be an excellent team player, and will receive and engage in providing and receiving feedback, contributing and developing our collective skills.You will ask customers insightful questions to understand their own unique needs, then tailor product recommendations for them, and showcase the products through demonstrations. You will support customers by using thoughtful questions to confirm interest, and securing sales by making sure the customer leaves with the right products for them. The role includes creating custom routines, offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, and providing pampering sit down consultations, including luxuriant hand and arm massages, as part of your every day routine.Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers.   • Deliver 5-Star customer service and make our customers feel like VIPs with your friendly and helpful approach, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of your shop.
  • Become an expert on our products, deliver consultations to help customers choose the perfect products for them, and leave feeling confident and happy with their choices.
  • Team up with your colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun and inviting, and deliver excellent service together.
  • Keep the store looking fresh and fabulous by creating inciting displays, and keeping the store clean and inviting.
  • Help keep everything replenished and in place by restocking shelves and ensuring our products are always ready to show off to customers.
  • Handle transactions with a smile, and make sure every purchase is the perfect way to end a shopping experience.
  • Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and make sure our customers are genuinely cared for.
  • Dive into training sessions with enthusiasm, soaking up knowledge to grow both personally and professionally.
