Contract: Full-time, PermanentAre you an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced legal services team? TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading regional practice who are now expanding their team and are looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a remote, tech-enabled environment and are ready to hit the ground running.About the RoleYou'll manage your own caseload of Wills and Estate Planning matters in a high-volume, client-focused setting. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, while benefiting from a supportive team and ongoing bespoke training. This is not an entry-level position.Key Responsibilities
- Handling your own caseload of approximately 300 client files, with 100+ active at any given time
- Drafting a wide range of wills using the latest techniques and IT systems
- Providing remote client support, including guidance on witnessing requirements
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records using case management systems
- Staying current with legal developments through tailored learning and development opportunities
- Minimum 6 months' experience managing your own will writing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of different will types and drafting techniques
- Comfortable using modern IT systems and case management software
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently following initial training
