🔹 Start Date: September 2025About the School & Role:
Based in Southampton, our Alternative Provision caters to primary and secondary students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Teaching Assistant will work either 1-1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Support individual learning needs⭐ Provide emotional and social support⭐ Follow personalized learning plans⭐ Monitor and record progress⭐ Promote inclusion and participation⭐ Assist with daily routinesWhat We’re Looking For:
