- Oversee contracted operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and employee needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service continuity.
- Lead consistent service delivery through SOPs, account planning, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving issues, communicating risks and solutions to clients and leadership.
- Manage full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, development, and succession planning.
- Ensure team compliance with company/client policies, SLAs, and quality standards, applying corrective actions as needed.
- Hold regular team and individual meetings to maintain open communication, set expectations, and monitor progress.
- Manage staffing levels and workflow using data-driven planning and workforce management systems.
- Contribute to financial performance: review P&L, manage labour allocations, overtime, time-off, and invoicing accuracy.
- Contribute to budgeting processes and ensure operations remain within financial and timeline constraints.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting / Client Service Reviews, using data insights to suggest improvements and demonstrate value.
- Conduct regular client outreach and gather feedback to inform service enhancements.
- Educate clients on current and potential services to support account growth and demonstrate strategic value.
- Identify new business opportunities and escalate to leadership for further development.
- Proven experience in corporate or professional services, ideally in client-facing roles.
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in a client-facing, service-intensive environment.
- Proven ability to resolve complex operational issues and turn around underperforming contracts.
- Strong client service skills and a consultative, solution-focused mindset.
- Experience managing multi-service client solutions, particularly in remote or offsite models.
- Minimum 2 years of financial management experience; ability to link strategic and daily decisions to P&L impact.
- Skilled in workforce planning, cross-training, and fostering team collaboration to optimise output.
