Experienced Sous Chef required for 2AA Rosette country inn with rooms based on the edge of the Mendips. Bring your passion for locally sourced produce to this rural restaurant where you can cook from ingredients grown in their kitchen gardens, tended by an RHS horticulturist. Experience in delivering 2AA Rosette standard food is not essential, but would be a benefit, as would a knowledge of pastry.Sous Chef Responsibilities
  • Working in a small team, directly under the Head chef
  • Deliver food to a high standard
  • Display modern and classic techniques
  • Have knowledge of necessary food safety management records
  • Ability to work in a calm and organised manner
  • Previous experience of working as a Sous chef
  • Show passion for fresh produce
