• You will provide, manage, and develop a high-quality catering service to our residents, guests and visitors to the home.
• You will operate a safe, professional, and cost-effective catering service within the company operational standards and comply with all statutory requirements.
• You will ensure that all our residents are provided with enough choice of nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, broadly following the standard menus.
• You will ensure that food orders are made punctually two times a week and that the food costs are within budget throughout the year.

• Must hold a Level 3 in Catering or be contractually signed up to complete this qualification
• Hold two years catering experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience conducting effective person- centred one to ones
• Hold one year of experience managing people
• Live within 20 minutes of the Home

• One years’ experience working in a similar role in a residential or nursing home
• Hold a Level 2 or a Level 3 qualification
• One years’ experience working in a residential or nursing home
