Be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience
Have experience of working in a busy school office
Have a distinct focus on providing excellent customer service
Be a highly organised individual with the ability to work to deadlines
Can prioritise and multi-task varying competing demands
Have experience of using Arbor, PSF, and Microsoft Office; although not essential
