  • Location: Outstanding-rated primary school in north Liverpool, just 10 minutes from the city centre with excellent public transport links
  • Duration: Full-time, term-time role running from September 2025
  • Pay: Up to £530 per week as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, term-time only – 32.5 hours per week
  • Ideal for: Graduates with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a core subject
  • Perfect for: Aspiring Teachers, SEN specialists, or those interested in Educational Psychology
In this role, you’ll provide focused support for children who need extra help to succeed — working both 1-to-1 and in small groups. You’ll work closely with class teachers and fellow professionals, contributing to an inclusive learning environment where every child is valued.About the SchoolThis primary school holds an Outstanding Ofsted rating and is recognised for its inclusive approach to education. With excellent facilities, well-resourced classrooms, and exceptional SEN provisions, the school is dedicated to ensuring that every student has access to the opportunities and support they need to thrive.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored support to pupils with additional needs, both individually and in small group settings
  • Partner with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons
  • Encourage social and emotional growth among pupils
  • Use creative and interactive methods to boost engagement inside and outside the classroom
  • Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals, including educational psychologists
What We’re Looking For
  • A graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a core subject
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • An interest in pursuing a career in teaching, SEN, or educational psychology
