- Potential private earnings from £60,000
- 50% private rate
- Days available - Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Option of discounted diplomas with Tipton Academy and a discounted full Invisalign course
- Option for additional earnings by supporting a dental therapist and / or an overseas dentist
- A base profit level will be set. This will be the base line against which growth is measured.
- The incentive would be based on improvement in the profit of the practice.
- The amount paid is relative to each £ in increase of profit.
- There is no buy-in cost, so no risks, only upside opportunity.
- Registerable dental qualification.
- Full registration with the General Dental Council.

- High levels of competency in dentistry
- Ability to demonstrate empathy with patients requiring special care dentistry.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Appropriate IT skills.
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the issues relating to the management of clinical dental services.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a healthcare team.
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Demonstrable teaching skills
- Understanding of the legal and ethical framework within which dentists practice, particularly those pertinent to special care dentistry.
- Wide experience of primary dental care.
- Fully computerised with modern well-equipped surgeries in a large and fully refurbished practice
- A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers
- An excellent team morale with long standing members both clinical and non-clinical
- An ethos of collaboration - we actively ask the dentists/hygienists to discuss cases with or without patients present for second opinions, advice, treatment planning or even assistance
- A dedicated management structure so issues are sorted swiftly and with minimal disruption to the working day.
