
Employment Lawyer

- Defending employment claims, often involving discrimination and other sensitive issues
- Preparing cases for hearing, including working closely with counsel
- Representing the forces in tribunal hearings (usually once or twice per month)
- Providing advice on employee relations, policies, restructures, and other HR matters
- Be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer
- Experience in employment litigation, eg discrimination or whistleblowing claims
