CML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products across the ambient and chilled temperature ranges, while it also offers a series of added value solutions to their clients.An excellent opportunity has arisen for C+E, Class 1 drivers to join our experience Transport team in CML Telford. We are now in a position to accept Newly Qualified Drivers.Shift Patterns available:
  • 4ON 4OFF on the following shift times.
  • 21:00pm-02:00am start window.
  • 16:00pm-19:00pm start window
Salary:
  • £35,465 per annum - Depending on shift and starting time (Please be advised that Newly Qualified Drivers will be 10% less until signed off to drive Solo).
In addition to the above, you will receive the following:
  • Enhancements for working over 11 hour shifts (in addition to your basic salary)
  • Flexible start windows and premiums paid (in addition to your basic salary)
  • Night out allowances when applicable.
Job DescriptionThe role consists of deliveries and collections to various RDCs across the UK, for well known clients.
  • Delivery of palletised chilled goods.
  • Ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Adhere to Road Safety Regulations and company policies.
  • Client collections.
  • Inter depot trunking.
  • We can offer a fleet of new trucks, typically less than two years old.
  • Salary can be paid weekly or monthly - it's your choice!
Qualifications
  • We are now in a position to accept Newly Qualified Drivers.
  • LGV/HGV C+E (Class 1) Driving Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digicard
