A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Mobile Site Manager, who will work at our client's prestigious site.Duties as a Mobile Site Manger
  • Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
  • Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
  • Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits
  • Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site
  • Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
  • Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
  • Working as part of a team
  • Covering depots when needed across Birmingham (9 sites)
Job role requirements as a Mobile Site Manger
  • Must have at least 2 years cleaning experience
  • Must have clear Management experience
  • Have good eye for detail
  • Organised
  • Take pride in there work
  • Have knowledge COSHH
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises
  • Must be able to work well with a team
  • Must have ability to triage workload
