
PRU Teaching Assistant

- A graduate in Criminology, Psychology, or a related field - or someone with equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals, especially those with mental health needs or behavioural challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- A calm, consistent presence and a genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential, even when the path is not straightforward.
- Ability to commute to Luton.
