- Proactively manage the day-to-day listing and shipments of all physical product to key retail partners.
- Create and manage the promotional & events calendar with a view to exploiting all commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a good return on investment from partner marketing packages and campaigns.
- Build strong label relationships to identify opportunities and deliver incremental sales.
- Under guidance of record labels, execute creative and compelling new release artist campaigns cross formats.
- Have a clear understanding of the partner supply chain and delivers best in class customer service.
- Identify and take action to address any stock issues.
- Seek improvement in operating efficiency's and regularly conduct feedback meetings with retail partners
- Commercially astute and customer focused to improve all aspects of partners business.
- A confident and charismatic communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail and data
- Able to sell and lead commercial negotiations.
- Good Microsoft Power Point & Excel skills
- A pro-active team player who constantly strives for the best commercial deals and opportunities
