
Team Assistant - Boutique Investment Firm, Mayfair

- Extensive diary management, including setting up meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative support such as editing and formatting documents, preparing meeting packs, scanning and photocopying for regular monthly and quarterly meetings
- Coordinating signatures for deals
- Assist in organising regular monthly and quarterly meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner
- Co-manage the enquiry inbox
- Managing food and drink orders for awards and event attendees
- Acting as a secondary resource and absence cover for the CEO’s EA
- Organising team social events
- Arrange gifts for clients and staff members
- Work closely with other Team Assistants to ensure seamless absence cover
- Ideally 2 years experience, preferably within financial services / corporate office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
