Job Title: Back of House Manager – Luxury 5* Hotel - BerkshireSalary: Up to £40,000Location: BerkshireI am recruiting a Back of House to join this prestigious luxury 5* hotel in Berkshire. As Back of House Manager you will be an expert at the behind the scenes of the hotel. Working closely with the Executive Chef you will ensure that the H&S are compliant along with managing and training the team to the highest standards.About the position
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, Health & Safety are maintained
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef
  • Manage a team to deliver the highest level of standards
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in working condition
  • Carry out regular inspections
  • Report to the Regional Manager
The successful candidate
  • Experience as a Back of House Manager in the 4 or 5 star hotels or private members clubs
  • Be able to inspire and motivate the team
  • Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
  • Be an expert in the field with the highest level of standards
