This role requires an experienced lead In-House Counsel to oversee all regulatory, compliance and commercial matters within the firms legal matters.You will be working closely with the Firm's Knowledge, Management and Operations teams to review, design and maintain appropriate company precedents, practice notes, policies and procedures
  • Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters.
  • Oversee and manage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to address complex legal issues.
  • Lead the legal team, ensuring efficient workflowworkflow and professional development.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Monitor and mitigate legal risks effectively across the organisation.
  • Advise on corporate governance and regulatory frameworks specific to London and the UK.
Part time In-House Counsel role with Law FirmResponsible for advising the law firm on a broad range of legal mattersA successful Lead In-House Counsel should have:
  • A recognised qualification in law and admission to practice in the UK.
  • Experience working in-house for a law firm is essential
